CARING HEART HOSPICE provides your loved ones consistent and continuous grief support to families under our care and supervision which continues after the passing. Care will continue for the duration that it has been chosen. The focus is on relief, support, and counseling to assist families with coping and handling loss. Our bereavement support includes memorial services, home visits, telecommunication support, links to bereavement support groups, newsletters, therapy referrals, and more. Our ongoing bereavement support shall continue for a minimum of 13 months after.
